Danielle D’Abate graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2008. After working for New York City Corporation Counsel, Danielle returned home to Western New York and served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Erie County District Attorney’s Office for over 15 years. During her time at the DA’s office, Danielle handled hundreds of serious criminal cases including homicides, robberies and burglaries.
